Synergy offer Digital Services and pre-recorded dance, yoga and fitness classes for your school. We also deliver bespoke zoom sessions.

Synergy provides over 700 dance, yoga and fitness classes online for on demand workouts for mainstream pupils and for groups with Special Needs, Disabilities, Autism, Visual impairment/blind students, deaf and hard of hearing and other long term health conditions.
