Welcome to Synergy Dance Outreach! We have a wealth of expertise in the health and fitness arena, including packages for the disabled. Our varied dance and movement, yoga and singing curriculum is designed to suit everybody, no matter how physically or mentally compromised. We offer both real-time and digital courses, standing and seated.

It is our goal to promote lifelong participation in dance and movement, for all ages and levels of ability. We target inactive, under-represented and marginalised groups and specialise in supporting Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) children. 

We work our magic in schools, leisure centres, gyms, clubs, community centres and outreach venues. Now our fabulous fitness programmes are available on demand. 

Specially developed to support people to stay fit during the pandemic, our innovative digital packages are now provided on demand, for flexible home workouts or at your venue.

Our evolving digital offerings provide the perfect mix between live and digital to meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of modern children. Meanwhile our young people also relish the thrill of encountering inspiring dance teachers face-to-face. Many positive testimonials prove that participants find our courses to be uniquely enjoyable, liberating and empowering.

Our skilled SEND instructors are specially trained to support vulnerable participants, ensuring an inclusive and accessible approach in all our classes.
We work with primary and secondary schools (both SEND and mainstream), leisure centres, gyms, care homes, hotels, local councils and other charitable organisations nationally and globally (to inspire confidence in our audiences).

In the last two years our growth has been off the scale as we break down the barriers that prevent people from participating in dance, fitness, yoga and movement activities.
