Synergy Dance® Outreach Dance Parties for SEND Children are delivered in leisure centres, private venues, schools and Outreach centres. They take place mostly at weekends and during school holidays to celebrate your child’s birthday or other noteworthy events.
Bolt-on catering options are available for a one-stop, stress-free party experience in many of our leisure centre venues in Surrey and Sussex.

Synergy Party Hosts
We offer a fantastic range of dance and themed parties with our expert team of party hosts and teaching assistants.
Furthermore, our expert team of party hosts are fully insured with enhanced DBS checks and Safeguarding compliance. Many have worked as part time teachers in schools or professionally in the performing arts. They make sure that everyone enjoys the experience, including both mainstream children and those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Seated routines are available, and some customers request a combination of dance and yoga for their part.

Try a taste of everything in one party! You can learn many different dance styles including Jive, Jump, Stamp, Wiggle, Break Dance or Twirl . . . we have the party for you! Our skilled party hosts play the very latest songs and music from popular movies.
Our fantastic Synergy Dance® Outreach parties will have a relaxed atmosphere and one to one carers must attend, if they are present at school. We offer a unique blend of upbeat music and iconic dance themes which inspire and energise participants. With our wide-ranging, inclusive programme there is something for everyone!
Want to avoid over-stimulation?
In some cases, we appreciate that “less is more” and we have a quieter room and less props to meet our participant’s needs.
Your party includes warm up and circle time, dance routines, dance games with props, such as ribbons and pom poms, our signature snow disco, parachute game and more.
We welcome SEND participants, and we believe that dance is for everyone, no matter what their ability. Music is played at a level suitable for all, including those with sensory deprivation, and we offer visual support for participants who require prompts such as PECS cards or sighted guidance. Classes may be split if children have special needs to cater to individual requirements. All our venues offer disabled access.Our parties are for 3–16 years, and for adults and families. Teaching assistants are required for parties of over 6 children.

Safeguarding
For safety compliance, for children with additional needs, we require that children who have a one-to-one support worker in school, bring the same level of support to the party. We can arrange a one-to-one assistant for each child, but this will incur additional charges to the party rates.
Our party fees are based on a party host, and the required number of adult assistants to meet Ofsted child/adult ratios for SEND activities. The fees listed do not include one to one support per child, which must be in place for children that require this on an everyday basis. If you do not have one to one support available on the day – this can be booked in advance at an additional charge per child.

”We had a wonderful experience with Synergy for my sons birthday disco party. Prior to the party, there was great communication so the host and I knew what sort of activities, songs and atmosphere we wanted for the party beforehand. On the day it was a brilliant SEN friendly disco party delivered by a very friendly and vigilant host and her assistant who catered for all of the children's needs and kept the group of 9-12 year olds, plus a toddler, entertained throughout with a range of activities as well as lots of dancing and a routine performance to finish.
