Creating a Culture of Inclusion: Dance and Fitness in Schools
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of movement, yoga and fitness regardless of their background or abilities. That’s why our dance and fitness activities are carefully designed to be inclusive and suitable for pupils with Special Needs, disabilities, long-term health conditions, or learning challenges.
Our programs are specifically tailored to cater to typically inactive groups, providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where everyone can feel empowered to participate and thrive.
Dance isn’t just about moving your body—it’s about self-expression, empowerment, and staying fit while having fun. Our lessons are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to children of all levels and backgrounds. Our teachers provide a supportive environment where children can thrive and grow.
A multi-award-winning charity, we are currently supporting 120 schools and were filmed by Strictly Come Dancing in November 21 for their inclusive work with children. See: bit.ly/3OSsCdOStrictly

”What a fantastic day we have had. I can only say that Katie has been marvellous. To further make this point here are some responses from our teachers:
The ARP (SEND) team have found her to be energetic, motivational and her lesson was pitched just right to allow the ARP children to think and create (for themselves) a unique dance. Thank you, Katie!
On behalf of year three - We enjoyed the dance workshop. The children were able to learn a variety of moves and it was suitable for their age group.
The session was engaging, the dance moves were pitched right for their age, the bible passage reflected our school's ethos about faith and I loved how she showed that dance can be connected to faith.
