Our pre-recorded lessons can be shared during the day via a communal TV screen or in people’s homes.

This offers a flexible pathway which suits residents’ needs to exercise regularly. What’s more, is that our classes are available for the elderly to do on repeat – activity times can easily fit in with participants’ lifestyles and commitments.

Benefits of On Demand

Seated videos are available for care homes, day centres and retirement homes. You can play our seated yoga, dance and pilates videos to support:

  • the elderly

Why Choose Synergy On Demand

Classes enrich the participants’ days immensely. They are delivered via a shared screen or as a live activity.

For many this may be the first step in building the confidence to eventually attend other classes – we run several in the community. Many residents who take part locally feedback that they enjoy this route to fitness.

Synergy’s Story

In view of the pandemic we swiftly diversified to take classes online.  Without doubt, we found this to be a very accessible way to continue to support our needy service users. These groups are mainly:

  • those with long-term and life-limiting health conditions
  • old-aged pensioners and the infirm.

With attention to designing online classes specifically to target isolation, and to improve physical and mental health and wellbeing. Our exciting programme includes:

  • classes for both the visually impaired and the hard-of-hearing deaf community
  • inspiring fitness sessions for older people.
