What is Synergy Dance?
Synergy Dance® is a mixed dance, yoga and fitness program for boys and girls (infants, juniors and teens) in schools and leisure centres. We provide dance and fitness classes, courses, workshops, dance parties, holiday camps and SEND programs.
Prices are £8.50 per person, per class. Pay as you go tasters may be arranged by contacting admin@synergydance.co.uk

Monday – Synergy Teen Dance 12+ years – 4.45pm to 5.45pm
Wednesday – Synergy Acro Dance Class 6+ years – 5.10 pm to 5.55pm
Thursday – Synergy Teen Yoga 12+ years – 4.00pm to 4.45pm
Saturday – Synergy Dance Acro with Street Dance 5 to 11 years – 9.30am to 10.30am
Saturday – Synergy Break Dance and Street 7 to 13 years – 10.30am to 11.30am
Saturday – Synergy Break Dance and Street 13+ years – 11.30am to 12.25pm
