Synergy Dance Outreach deliver inclusive dance, yoga, and fitness activities for SEND groups in leisure centres. Our programmes are designed to ensure that every child and young person—regardless of ability—can access high-quality, engaging physical activity.

We work in leisure centres offering:

Whether delivering regular provision or one-off enrichment experiences, our mission remains the same:

Our sessions are tailored to support children, young people and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), visual impairments, and long-term health conditions (LTHC).

We partner with Freedom Leisure, Places Leisure, Everyone Active, Lampton Leisure and many more regional leisure centres.

We specialise in inclusive activities and partner with Future Fit Training to deliver inclusive training programmes that empower children’s activity coaches to confidently support diverse groups.

Our inclusive approach includes:

1. Specialist SEND activities
2. Adapted movement and communication methods (including Makaton and PECS)
3. Family-inclusive opportunities
4. Flexible delivery to suit a wide range of needs and abilities

Inclusive training for leisure centres:

Our training courses -developed in collaboration with CIMSPA and awarding 8 CPD points per course- equip coaches across sport, dance, yoga, and fitness with the skills and confidence to support:

1. Children and adults with SEND
2. Individuals with long-term health conditions

We also deliver themed holiday workshops, specialist SEND workshops, and musical-based sessions, alongside half-day and full-day holiday camps that incorporate dance, movement, and creative activities such as arts and crafts.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

To extend accessibility beyond in-person delivery, we offer pre-recorded digital SEND sessions, including SEND Dance and SEND Yoga, enabling leisure centres to provide flexible, on-demand inclusive activities.

Our programmes are designed to increase participation, improve wellbeing, and support inclusive community engagement, helping leisure centres meet their accessibility goals while offering high-quality, specialist provision.
