Class description for SENSE – Inclusive Dance and Well-being Class:

Come and join our brand new initiative at SENSE in Wakefield where we will be combining relaxing yoga movements that focus on strength, and stretching with the upbeat moves and creative self expression from dance. This class will be adapted for all service users and will include both seated and standing options to ensure that everyone can join in, have fun and make new friends.
