A ROARSOME time at Guildford Spectrum with Chailey Scouts!
Synergy Dance Outreach was delighted to welcome Chailey Scouts for a very special dinosaur-themed inclusive dance and movement workshop at Guildford Spectrum on 4 August.
Led by our brilliant Synergy instructor Katie, the workshop brought together dance, music, movement and imagination, with plenty of dinosaur-inspired fun along the way!
Our themed workshops are designed to make physical activity engaging and accessible, giving participants the freedom to join in at their own pace and in a way that works for them. Creative themes such as dinosaurs provide a fantastic starting point for encouraging movement, expression and interaction while making exercise feel like fun.
Throughout the session, participants had opportunities to explore different movements, respond to music and use their imaginations. As well as being great fun, activities like these can help develop confidence, coordination, mobility and a greater range of movement, while encouraging social interaction and a positive relationship with physical activity.

At Synergy Dance Outreach, our aim is to ensure that children and young people, including those with SEND and disabilities, have opportunities to experience the enjoyment and benefits of dance and movement in an inclusive and supportive environment.
